Daylight provides multiple support channels and regularly communicates updates. Partners should use these channels and monitor announcements to stay informed.

Help Channels

Live Support is available (EST):

  • 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday‑Friday

  • 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Saturday

  • 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday

Daylight announces changes and updates via in‑portal posts and email.
