Once ALL of the Applicant, System, and Pricing details have been entered and approved in the Daylight Portal you will need simply click “Download Customer Details” under the Illinois Shines Disclosure section
Email the downloaded CSV to the Daylight team for execution
We will enter the Applicant, System, and Pricing information into Daylight’s Illinois Shines Approved Vendor Portal and will send it to the customer via Illinois Shines.
You will receive a “Sent” confirmation from our team
Expected turn around times
M-F : 9am-5pm EST = 15 minutes
M-F : 5pm - 9pm EST = 20 minutes
Weekends = 9am - 3pm EST = 30 minutes
Once your customer has received, reviewed, and signed the Disclosure Form all you will need to do is attest & certify that they have signed
From there you will be able to generate and send the PPA for signature
