Property & Ownership
Single Family, Owner Occupied: the property must be a single family home owned and occupied by the person signing the PPA.
Homeowner on Title: the signer’s full legal name must match the name on title. Renters do not qualify. Dedicated Roof: the home must have its own roof. Shared roofs between units or structures are not allowed.
Ineligible Structures: condominiums, mobile homes, and carports are not eligible. A condo or duplex qualifies only with full unit owner consensus.
Roof Type & Condition
Eligible Roofs: standard pitched shingle roofs in sound condition.
Ineligible Roof Types: flat, rubber (EPDM) membrane, slate, terracotta or clay, wood shake, and tin metal roofs are not allowed.
Good Condition Required: the roof must be free of defects and damage.
