Submitting a Support Request via email

Daylight's portal support email is [email protected]

For easy access you can navigate to this email via the Daylight Portal

  • Click the Help icon in the upper right hand corner of your Daylight Portal Dashboard

  • Copy the email address from the pop-out that follows

  • Paste this email address into your email client and use the below format for submitting your request

Subject: Portal Support Request - DATE (MM/DD)

Body:

  • Your Name & Company

  • Customer Name & Address (if applicable)

  • Details of Requests

  • Screenshots (if applicable)

  • Links & Attachments (if applicable)
