To qualify for a Daylight Energy Subscription, applicants must meet the following credit standards. Our underwriting process evaluates credit history, debt obligations, and payment behavior to ensure financial stability and eligibility.
Credit Score
Applicants must have a minimum FICO score of 680.
Bankruptcies
Any bankruptcy filed or discharged within the past 48 months will result in disqualification.
Repossessions
Any repossession within the past 36 months will result in disqualification.
Open Delinquencies (Over 60 Days Past Due)
Eligibility depends on both credit score and the amount of open delinquencies:
FICO > 720: No more than $2,000 in open delinquencies.
FICO 700β720: No more than $1,000 in open delinquencies.
FICO 680β700: No open delinquencies permitted.
Mortgage Delinquencies
Mortgage delinquency in the past 12 months will result in disqualification
Debt-to-Income Ratio (DTI)
Applicants must have a DTI below 50%.
Stated Household Income
Minimum stated household income of $60,000 per year required.
Open Collections
No open collections exceeding $500.
Charge-Offs
No charge-offs greater than $1,000 within the past 24 months.
