Scroll Below the Video for a Step-by-Step

It is recommended to watch the video on full screen (click expand)

Step 1: Email + Access to Signing Flow
The customer receives an email with a link to review and sign their Daylight agreement.
They click that link, which brings them directly into the secure signing flow.

Step 2: Identity Verification (Stripe)
The first step is identity verification.
The customer will complete a quick verification through Stripe to confirm their identity.
This is required for compliance and customer protection.
Once completed, they are automatically moved to the next step.

Step 3: Daylight Welcome Package
The Daylight Welcome Package clearly summarizes the agreement, the process, and what the customer is signing up for.
Each section is broken out and must be:

  • Reviewed

  • Initialed

The customer will go through each section one by one, and then sign off on the full Welcome Package before proceeding.

Step 4: PPA Signature (Final Step)
This is the official agreement signature.
Once this is completed, the project is considered fully signed and moves forward in the process.

Step 5: Confirmation + Documents
After signing, the customer receives copies of:

  • The signed PPA agreement

  • The Daylight Welcome Package

At this point, everything is complete and the project moves into the next phase.
