Overview
Daylight will replace damaged or missing equipment once the issue has been reported and the required documentation has been received. Prompt reporting is essential, as it keeps projects on schedule, minimizes installation delays, and helps maintain accurate equipment records.
To avoid replacement delays, inspect every shipment immediately upon arrival and submit all required information within the reporting window.
Reporting Requirements
To qualify for standard replacement processing:
Equipment must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
Damaged or missing equipment must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Email Kat Rigsby ([email protected]) with photos, serial numbers, and a description of the issue.
Reports received after the 24-hour window may delay replacement processing and may be subject to a $250 replacement fee.
Replacement Schedule
Depending on timing and availability, same-day warehouse pickup or next-day 3PL delivery may be available.
To be considered for same-day processing:
Notify Kat Rigsby by 10:00 AM on the day the equipment is inspected.
Availability depends on inventory, delivery location, and seasonal shipping volume.
Required Documentation
Include the following with every report:
Overall photos of the damaged equipment
Close-up photos of the damaged area
Serial number(s) for all affected equipment
A description of any missing equipment, if applicable
Complete documentation allows reports to be processed more quickly. Incomplete documentation will delay replacement processing.

Photograph the replacement equipment along with the serial number labels.
Upload all documentation to Site Capture.
Email the replacement serial numbers to [email protected].
